The Gift of Seeing Others
As we move through this season of gratitude, I find myself reflecting on the gifts we each carry. The ones that shape us, guide us, and quietly enrich our lives (and those of the people around us).
One of the greatest blessings in my work is the opportunity to help others remember the strengths and gifts they were born with. Through Human Design, I support individuals in seeing themselves clearly - often for the first time in years. Not the version shaped by expectations, pressure, or comparison… but the true version, the one that exists beneath the noise.
I have always believed that each of us has something extraordinary within us. Something uniquely ours. something the world genuinely needs.
When we bring awareness to our gifts, we change ourselves, we change the people we love, our communities, our work, and the spaces we move through. Awareness expands possibility. Possibility expands purpose. And purpose expands impact.
Lately, I have been sitting with the question:
What am I most grateful for in the way I am designed?
The answer came through softly, but clearly:
✨ I am grateful that I lead with my heart.
This has always been one of my greatest gifts. One I didn’t fully recognize until later in my journey.
Leading with my heart helps me create connection, trust, and emotional safety. It invites others to show up authentically, because they can feel they are held, seen, and understood. It helps me guide people back to their gifts with compassion and clarity. And it reminds me that true transformation happens when we feel safe enough to be who we really are.
I am thankful for this gift every single day.
And I am thankful for the people I get to support. Those who choose to look inward, to peel back the layers, and to rediscover their strengths with courage and curiosity.
If you are reading this, I hope you take a moment to acknowledge your own gifts, too. The ones that come so naturally to you that you may have overlooked them. The ones others admire in you, even if you have never named them. The ones that feel like home.
As you move into the weeks ahead, may you continue to nurture your gifts. May you allow yourself to be seen. And may you always remember that who you are is needed - deeply, and exactly as you are. 🩵
