What does love feel like in your body? Not what you think about love. What you actually embody.

Join me for an exploration of love as an embodied state through Human Design, nervous system work, and real practice.

Love as an Embodied State 🩵

What does love feel like in your body? Most of us have been taught to think about love and what it should look like, how we should act, and what we are supposed to do.

But love is not a thought. Love is a state your body either has capacity for or it doesn’t.

When your nervous system is dysregulated, you can perform love. But you can’t BE loving. When you are regulated, present, grounded, aware - love flows naturally.

*No prior knowledge of Human Design is needed.

In this workshop, we will explore:

→Love as Presence

🫰🏼What it means to be with someone (not fixing, not changing, just present) 🫰🏼How your nervous system state affects your capacity for presence 🫰🏼Practicing presence with yourself first

→Love as Clear Seeing

🫰🏼Seeing people as they are (not who you need them to be) 🫰🏼How Human Design reveals where you are performing vs. being authentic 🫰🏼What it takes to be seen clearly yourself

→Love as Connection Over Performance

🫰🏼Choosing messy connection over polished distance 🫰🏼Where you abandon yourself to maintain relationships 🫰🏼Using your Human Design Authority to make aligned relationship choices

Kristin Pittman is an educator, well-being coach, and Human Design guide with a passion for helping others reconnect to themselves. With a background in education, mindfulness, and emotional well-being, Kristin creates spaces that feel safe, supportive, and deeply human - where insight turns into real-life transformation.

💌 A Note From Kristin

I wanted to share with you that I am not teaching this from the mountaintop. I am teaching it in the middle of the work. 

I am navigating uncertainty in my life, and the practices I am sharing in this workshop are the ones that keep me loving and present with my daughters, and choosing connection when it would be easier to shut down.

I have spent 10 years working with people on consciousness, embodiment, and authentic living through education, coaching, and Human Design.

What I am teaching now is different. I am teaching what I am living.

How to stay present when you want to run. How to love people clearly without needing them to be different. How to embody love instead of perform it.

This isn’t theory. This is practice.
