I have been taking a lot of time to absorb all the beauty that has been given to us in nature. I have noticed so many beautiful butterflies when I have been driving, walking or taking my daily run. Today, as I was backing into my driveway, I looked out of my window and saw a delicate butterfly floating around the plants in my front yard. As it landed on a plant, I knew that I had the opportunity to take a picture and appreciate this moment of stillness with the butterfly. I grabbed my phone and snapped the photo. It was a moment for me which I knew would be shared with all of you. I am grateful for my mindful moments, the moments that allow me to appreciate and be grateful for all the goodness that surrounds me all the time. Take a moment today to look around outside and soak in all the beauty that is there.
