A deep breath

Take a moment, close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly out through your mouth. Notice how that feels.

A deep breath can do so much for us at any given moment. I am truly grateful for my awareness of breath.

Spend a few minutes after you read this and focus on your breath. Count your inhale and then your exhale and see how far you can get when counting. Remember to continue to focus on your breath. If thoughts arise let them just be thoughts and let them go, bringing your attention back to your breath. Try this daily!
