"It was a good reflection of remembering that even though the world is a busy place, there is always time to breathe. It was noticed that there is a peacefulness to quiet." Last week, I had the honor of traveling to Pennsylvania to offer a workshop on Mindfulness to a corporation specializing in dialysis management. It was an amazing afternoon of Mindfulness practice and rich conversation, while presenting about the benefits and science of Mindfulness. It was a pleasure working with a group of incredible people. "I noticed how calm energy can really help people open up communication." "How to focus on my inner self, to close off the things outside for a moment." "I was comfortable speaking." "It was enlightening and a great experience. I learned how to relax more. Before it started, I was feeling anxious. But after I feel great and relaxed." "It was awesome, very useful in life. Wish I had experienced sooner." I am filled with joy knowing that what I offered to them was received as something they noticed would be useful both on the job and in their personal lives. One of the many reasons I chose to do this work was because I knew that it could change someone's life in some way. "I was very engaged in the workshop. The time flew by and I felt like everyone was participating." "I took away several ways to calm myself during stressful situations. Thoroughly enjoyed, even though I had no idea what this was-so glad you came to share with us." After the workshop was over, we all headed out to experience an Escape Room. I had never been to one. I am proud to say that we escaped both rooms that we worked as a team to get out of. I am very grateful to have been able to share Mindfulness to PhyChoice and be apart of their team building. Keep it up!
