Day Ten: Today's post is shared by my dear friend, Mary. I met Mary a little over two years ago when she became my acupuncturist. She is also the reason why I have a sourdough starter in my refrigerator. I am truly grateful for knowing this amazing woman.
"Bread has healed me. I didn't realize how nourishing it could be. I was gluten free for years, but then I figured out that sourdough, fermented bread could heal me. And once I got obsessed with baking it, I began wondering how I could make it my mission to help educate people and help them heal as well. And thus, Bread Culture was born. Now I teach people how to make this whole grain sourdough bread in the comfort of their own home, to share with their friends and family. It's just the best feeling, to heal and to help others heal too." If you are interested in learning more about Bread Culture, check out Mary's website at www.breadculture.org. Thank you my beautiful friend for taking a moment to share something you love.
