Mindfulness Activity of the Day: Take a moment, get a piece of paper and something to draw with, and sit outside somewhere for at least 5 minutes. During that time, look around at what surrounds you and begin to draw. Let yourself be open to whatever comes to you and draw away! Practicing mindfulness daily has so many benefits. When we practice something regularly, we increase our capacity to improve in that activity and also see how we can create something extraordinary from it.
