Take a moment, sit on the floor, put your feet together, close your eyes, think of butterflies and take three deep breaths. Notice how taking advice from a child makes you feel.
I observed my five year old doing this the other day. I couldn't help but be proud. She is such a gentle soul. I know that my example of practicing Mindfulness will take her and her sister into the world and be able to conquer it in a healthy way. Our children are our future, so it is extremely important to give them the skills to manage all that life will give to them.
