Mindful Group sessions offer practices that can cultivate awareness with our routines and patterns that have made us predictable. Through Mindfulness practices, we can become curious about these routines and notice if change is needed in order to bring more abundance and joy into our lives.
Note: if you have 5 or more individuals for a group session, accommodations can be made for a personalized group session. Days and times can be discussed on formation of group session.
A variety of Mindfulness practices will be offered during each session. Group sessions run for an hour. Groups are offered to those that prefer to connect with others and wish to experience practices while working with a "community." Please note that one on one sessions are available as well.
Sessions are located in the Pasadena, CA area. Location will be given upon reservation.
